• Payment by Credit Card

You can make your payments as a single payment or in installments up to 9 months. We receive your credit card payments using the PayU infrastructure, which is one of the most reliable virtual payment methods. Your information is not stored or stored in any way in our system. Domestic orders placed on our site are sent free of charge by MNG Cargo.

• Delivery time

Your order will be prepared and delivered to cargo within 10 working days. Depending on our workshop schedule, the delivery time to cargo may vary between 3-10 days. The tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail.

• Undeliverable Orders

If you cannot be found at the address you specified or if you cannot be reached, your order will be returned to the cargo branch closest to your address and you will be informed by the cargo company. If you do not receive your order from the branch within the time specified by the cargo company, the product will be returned to us. This process is completely under the control of the cargo company. In the re-shipment of your order that reaches us, the product will be delivered to you against payment.

Warranty

Our products are made to order and by hand, using completely natural materials. Due to the natural nature of the materials we use, there may be slight differences in colors and textures. In short, every product produced is unique and special for you.

Our products are durable enough to be used for many years due to the materials we use. However, when your order reaches you, if there is a problem related to production or during delivery, please contact us.

Return or Exchange

If the reason for the return is an error on our part, you can request an exchange or a refund.

If the reason for the return is dislike or abandonment, the shipping costs arising from the return belong to the customer. The product should be sent to the address we will inform you with any shipping company, with the sender paid.

The product you want to return or exchange must be unused.

Regardless of the reason for the return, the product must be delivered to the cargo within 15 days after it reaches the customer.

Important!

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for products that have been personalized by adding text, adding figures or changing the size.

• Genuine leathers are not suitable materials for very humid and very dry environments due to their structure.
• Never clean your products with water.
• The care of your products should be carried out with special conditioning creams or spray cleaners produced for genuine leather. If such products are not available, a very small amount of Vaseline can be applied to a cotton cloth and you can maintain and clean the product with small, soft and circular movements.
• If you notice any stains or marks on the product, they should be cleaned as soon as possible.
• In order to preserve the true form of your unused products, you should fill them with a soft material that will not damage their internal structure and store them in suitable weather conditions.
